Broken on arrival
Very disappointed. Upon arrival, the Nanofoamer Pro Gen-2 unit was already broken. Makes a high-pitched noise. Only heats milk, does not foam/froth it. No spinning motion. Went through (slow) troubleshooting with support. Problem could not be solved. Have to return unit through vendor. Pay return shipping myself and ETA for repair/replacement: 4-12 weeks.
