I tried to transfer 2200 sats out of ZBD (which i had done before many times) the transfer failed but the sats disappeared. I tried to contact support and 3 days later someone asked for a screenshot of the transfer (entirety unnecessarily as their logs would have shown them everything if they had been bothered to look) Then after some more stallingn someone called Matt said that he had refunded then SATS (whcih was a lie) and two seconds later i got a bot generated flood of rubbish saying they had detected suspicious activity on my account. Suspicious activity for 2200 sats? (about £1.25 r a dollar and a half) really? I am not suprised their systems discovered fraudulent activity, but ZBD are a bunch of fraudsters not me. Avoid this useless and dishonest company like the plague! Looking at some of the 5* reviews they look entirely fake to me which is the only explanation I can see for them having anytning other than 1 * (which is one star too many for what are basically a bunch of crooks) Ohh I forgot to mention that they closed my account, stealing all the crypto that was left in the wallet.
