I got my dtf printer 1 month ago and haven't been able to do more than 5 shirts. White ink not coming out. Then I was told I had to use it daily. So they did 5 million cleans via video call and had me do some wiping of print head. It worked. I told them this happens then it goes right back to not working. 2 hrs late evening phone call. Go to bed and next morning no white. Cleaned 3 x and still no whit and no solution. I feel like I was scammed. I have 5 ft sections of paper with nozzle checks. Had to buy more cleaning and ink already cause 3 manual cleanings. Countless number of cleans thru better printer. And still can't use it. I want my money back.
