Unpaid since Dec 9th 2025 – 22 business days limit exceeded – Support giving excuses
I am writing this to alert the trading community about the payment delays I am experiencing with Tradexmastery. I requested my payout on December 9th, 2025, and as of today, I have not received my funds. According to their own Terms and Conditions, the maximum processing time is 22 business days. This period has been vastly exceeded. Every time I open a support ticket, I receive the same response: "Your payment is approved and is currently in the queue." It is unacceptable for a funding company to hold a trader's earned capital for months without providing a specific date or a real solution. I have been patient, but the lack of transparency is a major red flag. I will update this review if the payment is ever processed, but until then, I strongly advise staying away from this firm.
