Ridiculous delays and terrible expectation management
We ordered a couch on December 23, 2025. At the time, it was promised to be delivered sometime in January. Since it was holidays, I understood and thought that was totally reasonable. It is now August 20th and the thing still hasn't shipped. Enough said. No proactive communication from them, it's always been me constantly reaching out demanding updates and begging for any concessions (which they insanely don't offer). 8 months to deliver a couch that's supposed to be in stock, I should be getting at least 50% off at this point.
