Absolutely no customer service
I placed an order and right after placing it realized it wasn’t what I thought it was. I immediately sent them an email to try to cancel the order before it was sent. I got no response from them, received the item, never opened the box and have sent them about 10 emails wanting to return it for a refund and I get no reply from them. I am so angry that I spent $40 on something I don’t want and they don’t even reply to my multiple emails. I will tell everyone that I know to never order from them!!!
