Be aware of AWFUL customer support! I had to cancel my tickets (due to reasons unrelated to the experience), and it clearly states on my tickets, that if you cancel prior to 6 pm on the day before, you are entitled to a full refund. Despite this, I have now mailed back and forth with them countless times, where they're trying to give me all sort of reasons as to why I can't receive my refund. At one point they even tried to tell me I couldn't receive the refund, as I had to cancel prior to 6 pm the day before, despite the literal first mail I sent them, telling I had to cancel, showed I did cancel before. You are better off buying your tickets from someplace else! I will never buy tickets from Thrillophilia ever again, regardless of which country/experience I am interested in. I suggest you don't do so either. If you don't believe me, check their trustpilot. I was stupid enough not to (and actually also I bought it directly from the table cars, as they don't advertise clearly with them not being the official way to buy these tickets!)
