I received thawed, opened bison
I received thawed, opened meat! They do not package their meats to stay frozen during shipment, the packages aren’t sealed well and opened during shipment, blood in the box. All meat ruined!! VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN! Edit: I did contact customer service and they’ve refunded my money, but the packaging and delivery are horrible.
