Chime did me wrong to cover themselves
I sent money to the wrong person and when I tred to request it back, the person would not do it. And when I sent the money, there was nothing from Chime asking me, am I sure I want to send this money to them likeit usually ask . It just went straight through wheb I sent it and after that, there was nothing saying pending, so I couldn't pull the money back. It was already gone. And when I told chime about this and said, I wanted to do a dispute Chime saw nothing wrong with it and did not give my money back. The reason I think they did this is because if Chime gave me my money back then, they would lose money, because the person would not give them the money back and they could not get the money back from them. So Chime cheated me to cover themselves. I've heard a lot about them doing this to people. But this time, I actually felt it myself, and I am willing to take them to court over this, but I want to let everyone know that Chime will take your money or get over on you. UPDATE: Chime wrote up here asking me to call them saying they would fix it ,( to make themselves look good up here) but when I called they said there's nothing they can do again,and it was my fault when clearly it was their fault , because they didn't follow protocol, once again they wanted to make themselves look good up here and could have cared less about me.The customer....
