Great site, disappointing follow-through for tax-exempt status
The site is great. Ability to save favorites and the persistence of the cart while deliberating purchases and waiting for the tax-exempt status stuff was very helpful. Only ding is that the tax-exempt status stuff never came through. I guess that department of finance is not processing requests?! Or we were denied without notification? I'm not sure what's going on there. I do know that unless we need to order a lot more signs, it's not worth the effort to make something happen that shouldn't take this much effort and time. So, that part was disappointing.
