Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. They keep delaying the delivery without any proper explanation, and it’s impossible to have a meaningful conversation with them. Peace of mind is definitely lost. Based on this experience, I’m not confident about the company’s after-sales service. I strongly recommend considering this before purchasing this product. Order number 76034
