Avoid This App – Terrible Support

I signed up for EWA to improve my English, but the app simply didn’t work and I couldn’t log in even once. Despite that, I was charged for multiple months without receiving any real service. Customer support existed, but instead of actually fixing the issue they kept sending me back to do things on my own and waste hours trying to solve it myself. Instead of a learning experience I got frustration, wasted time, and wasted money. For me this was a very disappointing and exhausting experience. Think twice before signing up and be very careful where you put your credit card details.
