Excellent customer service. I have an hybride car. It's not easy to connect a charger to the 12 volts battery. The 12 volts battery is integrated to the high intensity battery that powered the electric motor. So, it would be wyze for Bluetti to inform in details how to connect, let's say, a Bluetti charger to a KIA NIRO hybrid 2019 of for any other hybrid car.
