Bought two cameras, 1 Good & 1 Bad
Bought two cameras, one stopped working. Technical support made us jump through rigorous hoops to no avail. Provided all of the things asked of me including videos, passwords, pictures & explanations yet they took forever to contact me back and then wanted above and beyond what was already asked of me (very frustrating). Ill say the cameras DO work well......until they don't, you may as well buy another one because the hassles and hoops are not worth it in the end 😒 Not pleased with the tech support, will not buy from the company or its branching companies in the future.
