Loss of account data/link troublesome- uncertain how to access!
I have had 1 reply from LUMEN. I am giving it 2 stars. I will lower it to 1 or raise it to 5 depending on the response I get this time. I have a message in requesting support at my email. I expect you don't need my information in this review so much as to respond to customers who have contacted you. It is concerning there is no direct way to get CUSTOMER SUPPORT. --- Declaring I have not identified myself in this review does not remove your responsibility to offer timely reply to my inquiry placed directly with you. ----- Trying to log back into my account to preserve & continue with my data, but I cannot figure out how to do it and there seems to be no LIVE interchange to support the how to...it's been 3 months since I used it because I don't know how to get back on.
