Ordered a pair of orthopedic slippers size 12. They were so small even for my 13 year old grandson. I contacted the customer service to return the slippers. I was given directions to provide photos, SKU and packaging info. which I immediately did. My response was...We have received the SKU product images you sent and carefully checked the size issue you reported. We confirm that the size was correct and was shipped according to your order. We have noted size-related issues on the product details page. Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
