SCAM - They will not give you money back
My experience with this company has been unacceptable and raises significant concerns about its business practices. Despite paying in full and providing a four‑month window for delivery, the product was never delivered, and repeated requests for a refund went unresolved. Communication from the company has been consistently evasive, AI in tone, and lacked any meaningful action. The responses appeared automated or template‑driven, offering assurances but no measurable progress or accountability. I was forced to initiate a formal dispute with my financial institution. AVOID- i waisted way too much time and energy!
