Customer Service? What's that?
I ordered a top from these guys a few weeks ago for an event coming up. Delivery looked well and good until a false attempted delivery occurred. I was home all day and can confirm that there was no attempted delivery. I contacted customer service as the re-delivery date for my top was going to be after the event. Her response was "have patience". Thanks Cathy, a fake delivery attempt and your lack of customer service skills really helps.
