I thought the instructor was friendly, it was easy to take the course; however, I thought the webinar lacked the content I was expecting. I was expecting to talk more about the laws and Misrepresentation (exaggerating coverage or benefits), Twisting / churning policies, Rebating / illegal inducements, Unfair trade / deceptive practices, Fraud (application fraud, premium fraud, claim fraud), Forgery or altering documents. It just felt more like a commentary/personal opinion piece than actual learning of the laws and penalties.
