They ruined my Thanksgiving
They ruined my Thanksgiving - Box arrived after the holiday and they refused to care or properly make things right!!!! They refused to refund and I had to go back and forth with them over and over. Was just charged an authorized charge now in 2026 and they are refusing to refund again - charged AFTER account is canceled. So shady, so unethical for a supposedly "vegan" family friendly company. I would leave zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
