Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with Book On Ward. The return ticket they issued was completely impractical. It brought me back to my home country, then routed me to another country, and then back again — which makes absolutely no logical sense. I tried contacting their support team multiple times to get this corrected, but unfortunately, I have received no response at all. Very disappointing customer service and poor itinerary planning.
