Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely horrendous service from start to finish! Lack of communication, never answer phone, never reply to emails. Took 6 months to sell a house with no chain. They delayed everything so much with their incompetence and not sending emails to the buyers solicitors. Three month down the line no progression due to this. Spelling errors in documents When I raised concerns I got arsey emails back - very unprofessional in every aspect. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it and other professionals involved said the same. My advice is stay clear. Pay cheap and you get what you pay for. To top it off, they withhold your money for a whole week with zero communication when concerned and think you may have been conned. You have been warned! Please take this review on board.
