I’ve purchased from this site a couple of times, and their prices are generally reasonable compared to other platforms like Midasbuy and SEAGM. However, my last three transactions were automatically refunded without any clear explanation. When I contacted customer support to ask for the reason and how to resolve the issue, the representative didn’t seem interested in understanding the problem. Instead, I was told to contact Age of Empires Mobile directly. I explained that I don’t experience this issue when purchasing from other competitors, and the response I received was simply, “Then buy from them.” After that, I was banned from contacting customer service. While the prices may be slightly lower than other websites, the poor customer service and lack of support make it not worth the risk. I would not recommend purchasing from this platform.
