I am writing this review to express my…dissatisfaction
I would like to clarify that I am still waiting for a proper response and a solution regarding the missing items from my shipment. At the moment, I am in contact with another manager from the company who has reached out to me in an attempt to resolve the situation. This is not the same person I originally dealt with. Previously, Mr. Restrepo informed me by phone that my belongings would remain stored for three months in a warehouse in Coral Springs. Unfortunately, this agreement was made verbally and I do not have written proof of that conversation. Instead, my belongings were moved to New York without my consent. I do not know whether the items were lost during the transfer from Miami to Coral Springs or from Coral Springs to New York, but several boxes and personal belongings are missing. I am currently sending photos and a detailed list of the missing items to the new manager in order to try to reach a fair resolution. I have already explained that if this situation is properly resolved, I will remove all the reviews and posts I have written regarding this matter. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want my belongings returned or for the company to take responsibility for the missing items. For now, I am waiting for a solution. I also appreciate platforms like this that give customers a voice, but I am actively trying to resolve this directly with the company. If the issue is resolved, I will gladly remove the reviews and I acknowledge that the invoice has been paid, and therefore I am requesting responsibility to be taken for the items that were lost.
