Let's go head on. Their shipping is slow. It may take weeks between placing an order and getting it delivered. If you can't take it - move on. But if you have some time - this is a great company. Their products are fantastic. Their prices are great. They respond to requests within a day. They honestly addressed every issue I had (like they sent a wrong model and quickly replaced it, explained how to clean the grinder until I was happy). So they are honestly trying to provide high quality products and keep the prices low at the expense of slower shipment. I think it's fair.
