Same response - No action
I have posted several times and I get the same cookie cutter response. Email them and they will fix. They are obviously not reading my review because I DID email them and they refused to fix the issue unless I PAID again. Then they saw my negative - honest review and they said they would refund my order IF I took my review down. They NEVER refunded my order. They did not make it right as they continue to state in replies. I had to go through my credit card to get the refund. They do not know what good customer service is and they get good reviews by witholding refunds until you leave a 5 star review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am writing a second review because of the recent communication with Unifit. I received a hoodie that was clearly missized. I contacted them for a replacement and they wanted me to pay an additional $25.00 or I had to pay to return the item - TO CHINA. I said no. Now all of a sudden they will send me a replacement hoodie IF I take down my negative review. I said no. I will be reporting the charges to my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They also lied to me stating that I had purchase protection that would refund me for the incorrect size through Reem. That is not true. Reem only refunds if there are issues with delivery. I have been dealing with them for over a month trying to get resolution. All I have wanted is for them to make right on the AM hoodie that I received that was 2" shorter through the shoulders and 3" shorter in the length. This was clearly and AXS size. They responded to my first review saying to contact them, but I have been in contact with them for weeks and they are refusing to do anything to correct.

I ordered two M hoodies but got two different sizes
I ordered two hoodies, both a size M. One of the hoodies was 2" shorter through the shoulders and 3" shorter. I requested a replacement and they wanted me to pay 25.00. Then they said I needed to use my worry free protection and file with Seel. According to Seel, this is only worry free delivery protection and does not over incorrect sizing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
