Minor issue but cleared up by customer service.
Had an issue where they automatically issued the travel pass to an eSIM I had used earlier but then deleted from my phone. Talking to the customer service on Whatsapp they were able to clear it up quickly. If I hadn't deleted the eSIM it would have been really convenient, so I can see why they did it the way they did.
