Mixed feelings
Customer service is great. However, I’m on my second tumbler press and still greatly disappointed. Unfortunately, I do have the heat press 15x15 and satisfied with it very little imperfections. The auto tumbler press has been costing me a lot of investment and time only to be disappointed.
