Bumpy start, good landing
Our rotimatic next experience had a very bumpy start; shipping was delayed, dough balls were poorly formed, and customer service was hard to reach. However once we got to customer service, the shipping was expedited, they were able to remotely fix / tune the rotimatic. Now, we can dependent on the rotimatic for our daily routine (instead of last minute surprises). Looking forward for the updated recepies to be available.
