Knowledgeable, pleasant human
I immediately got to talk to a human who was knowledgeable about the company products and immediately understood my needs and how their products could best fulfill my needs. As I only wanted samples to show the chorus, this lovely human showed me the best items to show their range of options. Did I mention I talked to an actual pleasant human?
