The Ask & Embla customer service is excellent & super fast! I had a little issue with discolouration on my Ouroboros Hangers. I emailed and spoke to their customer service, sent a photo, & almost immediately they responded back to me fixing the problem!! I have many, many pieces of A&E jewelry & I have never had any issues prior to this one ear hanger. They resolved it so quickly! I am still so surprised at how quickly they got back to me. Highest praise for this company! Not only is the jewelry on-point, but the customer care is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing more items to add to my collection in the future. 100%.
