The site was easy to use. The results were great considering the material I gave them to work with, phone calls with people talking over each other. The transcription was fast and the price for the product results was entirely reasonable. I uploaded calls in MP4 format and got back the .txt format I requested very quickly. Only minor editing was required mostly to put names instead of Speaker1, 2, and 3.
