Fantastic customer service
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sideshow Collectibles. The service has been absolutely impeccable from start to finish, and the delivery speed from the US to the UK is genuinely impressive for in-stock items. International delivery can often be a frustrating experience, but Sideshow made the whole process incredibly smooth, with excellent communication and fast dispatch. The item arrived safely and securely packaged, exactly as expected. It’s clear that Sideshow puts a lot of effort into providing a premium experience for collectors, not just with the products themselves but with the entire service. As a collector in the UK, ordering directly from the US can sometimes feel like a gamble, but my experience with Sideshow has been outstanding. Impeccable customer service, extremely fast delivery, and a hassle-free experience from beginning to end. I would have absolutely no hesitation ordering from Sideshow again and would highly recommend them to fellow collectors in the UK, particularly for those hard-to-get Sideshow Exclusives!
