If I could leave zero stars, I would. Initially, customer service was responsive and helpful. However, once my order was delivered to the wrong address, the experience became extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company for assistance, I was given inconsistent information, including phone numbers that did not resolve the issue. I was also told that FedEx had been contacted, but after following up, it appears no meaningful action was taken. I paid for shipping insurance through the website, yet I have not received a clear explanation as to why I am not being reimbursed or sent a replacement. This occurred in December, prior to Christmas, and I never received the wig in time for the holidays. It is now February, and I have still not received either the product or compensation for the $400 purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution and accountability.
