Avoid this company at all costs
Bought a ring for my parter, however when it arrived was much larger than expected and didn’t suit her. Contacted the company to return for a refund as outlined by their returns policy. First they try to offer successive discounts over multiple emails, rather than providing return details. Once they finally relent to giving details, you have to fill in a form providing details and photos. This would be fine, except it then has to be approved, which they don’t do. It has been almost a month since completing, and it remains on “waiting for approval”. Please also be aware they add “free gifts” in the package - such as an air freshener. If you request a return, these items are listed as $50 an item. They hope you throw away the item, so they deduct the total from the return amount. Basically any bad practices they can put in place to avoid their legal obligations they will do. They don’t treat their customers fairly, and prices are extremely high for the quality of goods you receive.
