I had originally had a motion space resistance work out system and it would only let you do a few exercises,so I saw the gym monster online and just took a chance and man am I glad I did,I have used it 3 times this week and am very impressed with how it works,and it is like having a personal trainer there with you as you work out,can not wait to see the results t get in a year from now
