NO to RTS
I signed up with RTS last December, and it has been a mistake. I would not recommend RTS to any small fleet owner. They apply inconsistent fees, add hidden charges whenever they want, and provide zero transparency. The customer service is rude, and they never reimburse the extra amounts they charge, even when it’s their fault. This kind of mismanagement should not be happening.
