This is my second order with Moon…
This is my second order with Moon Magic. My wife isn’t into diamonds and originally guided me here for moonstones while gently suggesting engagement rings. She loves her engagement ring and again led me in this direction with her upcoming birthday. I placed an order for two pieces but forgot to change the size of the ring. Within 24 hours the team was able to get the size changed and fulfill the order. My only issue is how difficult the lines of communication were. Too few options with the chat bot and far too many emails to finally “land the plane”. But the end result was what I was aiming for and they delivered.
