DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Despite having read reviews about the lack of transparency and customers not getting a full refund from this place, I decided to give the place a chance for my wedding. The location showed it is coming from China, while the name JJ's house "London" clearly does not suggest that. I still waited for it to come as the ETA was before my function. Now my wedding has now passed and it says it is still in China. My wedding was affected by this as it 1. did not arrive on time so I had to wear something very last minute 2. I tried to initiate the refund process and now they say I am getting significantly less refund for something that I haven't received (It still says it is in China and my wedding has now passed!) There is no contact number for the place, and they take long to reply to emails, which was not helpful as I was told to wait patiently?? Why would I need it now that the event has passed and the delay in shipping is not my problem as a customer? I wish I could give this place a 0 star, should have listened to the reviews. :((((((
