Great customer service
Recently order the phone press, hat press and two engraving machines which are one for me and the other its a surprise for my brother in law. Hoping to order soon the auto heat press 2 cant wait. Their customer service is great they noticed i ordered one engraving and the next day another and right away email me to confirm it wasnt a mistake. If it was other companies they would’ve not cared if it was an accident they woulve charged and send it to you. Cant wait for the engraving machine to arrive all they need now its a 3d printer.
