We booked an M.S. Gajraj bus from Jaipur to Amritsar. There was absolutely no attention given to cleanliness. No one was sitting on their assigned seats — passengers were sitting wherever they found space. During the journey, the bus did not stop properly anywhere. I requested many times to stop at one place so we could have tea, but they refused. They did not even stop for bathroom breaks. We did not like their behavior at all. It was very disappointing. We will never choose this bus service again in the future.
