I purchased the medium Luna bag in chocolate and I am truly enjoying it. The bag size is perfect and can transform from a day bag to a night one easily. The customer service and support was quick , easy and seamless. All in all super satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars for the overall experience. Cheers !!
