Total Scam
Total scam. Do not purchase this item. There is no option for return or refund — even if you try to cancel the order within minutes of placing it. The company adds bogus or unexpected charges tied to shipping, tracking, and returns. These aren’t labeled as “fees,” but they show up as surprise costs caused by poor fulfillment and deceptive practices. They also use AfterShip to generate tracking numbers that never update, creating the appearance of a shipment that doesn’t actually exist. Overall, this is a highly unreliable seller with customer‑unfriendly policies. Avoid at all costs.
