The clothing advertised on their website appears to be high-quality and well-made, but what I received was completely different. The items were made of very poor-quality material and looked nothing like the photos or descriptions online. There is a massive difference between what is shown on their website and what is actually delivered. Based on my experience, this feels like a fraudulent operation. The items you receive are NOT what is being advertised. What’s even more frustrating is that their website clearly states a refund/return policy, giving customers the impression that returns are supported. However, this policy has not been honored. Despite receiving unacceptable products, I have been unable to get a refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep getting the same response that my request is “under review,” with no resolution. After researching further, I found many similar complaints from other customers describing the same issues—misleading advertising, poor-quality items, and difficulty obtaining refunds. I documented everything, including photos and side-by-side comparisons of what was advertised versus what I received. 🚨 Please be very careful.
