I recently had a very disappointing experience with QuizMaker. I accidentally paid for a yearly subscription, and shortly after, the subscription was cancelled from their side. However, despite the cancellation, I have not received any refund for the amount charged. I contacted support regarding this issue, but the matter has still not been resolved. It is very frustrating to be charged for a yearly plan that is no longer active and not receive the money back. I hope the company improves its customer service and refund handling process, as this experience has been both stressful and disappointing.
