Lack customer service
Lack customer service. Ordering was easy, they quickly packed and assigned a tracking number. It then took 3 business days to ship. From time of order to arrival it was 7 business days. When I tried to contact them they only allow emails and are very slow to respond. Then, by the time they respond the shipment was released to the delivery company the same day.
