Terrible Terrible Customer Service
If you appreciate good customer service, avoid this company! I had purchased a wristwatch worth $275 and it arrived okay. After unboxing, I realised the wristwatch and size isn’t as advertised and I instantly requested a refund - which took ages and very long process for them to approve the refund request. I had finally sent the item back to them, even after paying over £45 for shipping back to the US. I've contacted them severally to know if it's been received and when I can get my refund and It's been over 2 weeks now and not a single response from them. It's almost like I’m begging for a reply at this point. Totally outrageous behaviour for a company looking to expand its market. I’m still waiting for my refund and will take matters up if I don’t get a response soon enough. Avoid them!
