BE CAREFUL Ask Doctor diploma! Go to any real orthodontic clinic where doctors have real knowledge and diplomas ! Don’t be fooled here by little lower price! If you already following the plan, ask your doctor diploma! After 2 years WRONG treatment Doctor A said that she never reviewed my plans which she was personally giving to me and she can’t show her diploma and she doesn’t know what to do. + Plans made by labs employees with AI, not doctors. REVIEW YOUR PLANS IN OTHER REAL ORTHODONTIC CLINIC ASAP! Wrong treatment plan can seriously affect your health! Plans here aren’t reviewed by professionals! Which is not acceptable in orthodontic practice! To protect yourself send to this clinic an email and ask for the letter with confirmation: name of doctor who is responsible for your treatment plan and orthodontic diploma. “Thank you! Friendly staff. I am excited to have an even more beautiful smile in just 4 months!” 2 years ago☝🏻 The staff asked me to give a 5-star review in exchange for a gift (toothpaste) when I started treatment. This is why they have so many positive reviews. Don’t be fooled! All these 5 stars reviews made with this “gift strategy”. This clinic created a serious problem in my mouth. I now have an open bite on both sides. My jaw can no longer close properly. During the treatment they performed IPR on my upper teeth and pushed them inward. At the same time, my lower arch was widened by moving my lower canines. Because of this, my upper and lower jaws are now misaligned and my bite now holds mainly on the canines. I currently have about a 1,5mm gap between my upper and lower teethon both sides. I cant eat normally, my neck in constant tension and it cause head tremors and pain. I never had this problem before starting treatment. This clinic now is ignoring me for several months. My bite destroyed. None of them really care. I’m in full ignore. More than 2 years instead of 4 months. I started treatment in April 2024. 11 June 2026 I still have health issues created by this clinic and they still ignoring me. This is unacceptable. Please be very careful review your treatments plan in a real medical clinic asap! I’m going to move to Bangkok soon (I’m living in south Thailand) and involve authorities in this case. I will seek assistance from the Medical Council and probably police. Since they aware what they are doing. And I’m going to renew my review every week, so people will know the real story of this business which created in Singapore by people who has nothing to do with orthodontic and cause serious harm to people in Thailand with 0 responsibility for that! I know you think I’ll give up and you will keep doing your money without any care about people health. But unfortunately for you I will not. I care not only about myself but also about other people whom you are harming right now and going to harm in the future! And those people who suffered in the past from your business strategy of making money on people WHO TRUST YOU THEIR HEALTH!
