The shoes not only did not fit but they…
The shoes not only did not fit but they are a piece of trash. When I asked for a refund, they replied that I qualified for a refund as I had all the pieces and info they wanted, but that they recommend not returning as the cost would be prohibitive. Instead they offered a 15% coupon off next purchase. When I asked for a mailing address so I could choose to return, they said they could just return 15% of the purchase price instead of having to return them -- so, offering me $6 on a $42 pair of shoes. Their money-back guarantee is useless. Stay away from this company.
