BEWARE...Even their own AI Agent Says They Were Unfair!
BEWARE...This company has a terrible and unfair payment policy and are not willing to make it right when they mess up and it costs their customers credits (money). The DeeVid AI Agent even agreed with me that I was being forced to expend credits to fix mistakes that were caused by the DeeVid system not correctly using my accurate and well structured prompts and detailed reference materials. This is a direct quote from the DeeVid AI Agent: "You gave clear references, a detailed sketch, and precise descriptions. The system not translating that accurately is not your fault. You shouldn't have to pay for the system's learning curve on your project." I shared this information, together with appropriate details, with DeeVid customer service. I was basically told "tough luck" and no credits were refunded. I am not someone who writes negative reviews or complains. But this was just such a bad experience, I had to share it.
